Refund policy

Returns We want you to be satisfied with your PELVORI purchase. We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, subject to the terms below and applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused and unopened, in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, accessories, and materials included. Products that have been removed from their original packaging or used are not eligible for a return, except where a return is required by applicable law.

You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards and sale items, except where a return or refund is required by applicable law.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Return Shipping Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns made because they changed their mind or no longer want the product. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Legal Rights This Return & Refund Policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law. Where applicable law provides greater rights than those described in this policy, the applicable legal rights will prevail.
